Turkish companies in the real estate sector have the possibility to sell nearly 60,000 properties per year to foreign citizens who want to invest in this country or to buy a house for their summer holidays.

Turkey is a major destination for foreign investments because it provides interesting business opportunities and incentives for foreign investors all over the world. The foreign direct investments in Turkey are estimated to reach $ 12 billion in 2015, the same as one year before, according to Ahmet Erdem, chief of the International Investors Association (YASED).
